Office Interiors completed the Corporate fitout of Gilead Shared services. Below is the project timetable and fitout picture installation.

Pre Planning – Stage 1
This involved meeting the client and finding out what the requirements were for the new offices. It also involved visiting existing corporate offices in Spain and London so that we were able to deliver the same corporate image that they had in those existing offices.

Week 1-2 |
Planning and Control – Stage 2
This involved sitting down with the client and working out a schedule and design plans what would suit the new office requirements. This involved numerous layout plans revisions and consultations so that the new offices fitted the corporate image for Gilead and the capacity for employees. This also involved the specification for the new offices

Week 2 |
Planning and Control – Stage 3
Once stage 2 was completed and the final design plans were signed off by the client, a time table was set up and agreed. |
Week 3 |
Procurement of Services – Stage 4
This stage involved procurement of the different specialist’s works, which were not directly completed by Office Interiors. These were works such as IT, Access control, Flooring and structural steel works. |
Week 3 |
Contract – Stage 5
Final prices were submitted to Gilead for approval and detailed all works to be completed. |
Week 4 |
Project Start-up – Stage 6
Works start on site and materials are ordered for the different stages of the project. |
Week 5 |
Building Fitout – Stage 7
All the different works are completed over the agreed time table. |
Week 6-14 |
Fitout closeout – Stage 8
This involves the staging of any works required. |
Week 15 |
Contact closeout – Stage 9
The final stage of the fitout where the client is handed over the keys of the building for occupancy, along with the handover documents. |
